Where do we go from here? What’s next? Is there a need and if so, how do we address it?
Perhaps you can help us find the answers.
Before we dive into the meat and potatoes of what we are looking for, it’s important we tell you who we are. Why? People matter here. To us, it’s not just a matter of filling a role, you can do that with any number of people. The fit, comradery, our ability to brainstorm and challenge one another’s thinking; to dream big, take risks, drive quality, and care about our patient’s safety, goes into everything we do. The “how” we work together carries as much weight as the “what” we do and accomplish together.
What’s our focus?
Providence Medical Technology’s mission and purpose is to prevent surgical failures in the cervical spine of our high-risk patients. It’s not rocket science, but it is surgery and some pretty serious stuff. We know we’re dealing with the health and safety of people who need our products, so our commitment to their well-being is at the top of our list. Because of this, spine knowledge and experience is key for this role.
Who’s on the team?
Road bikers, wine connoisseurs, world travelers, sports enthusiasts. music lovers, and hikers (just to name a few). Together, this team designs our products, creates the message, spreads the word, ships our goods, services our customers, gathers feedback and ensures the train stays on the track. People want to get paid after all. Threaded into the day to day is our commitment to support, invest in and stretch our employees to help them achieve their ultimate career goals. You own your career; we simply get the pleasure of partnering with some awesome human beings along the way.

Do you have the key spine experience we need? Why? We have a number of ideas and plenty we haven’t thought of yet. Ideas alone are not enough. How we gather information, capture it, prioritize it, and turn it into something meaningful is the piece that’s missing. That’s where the Director of Product Marketing comes in. In a nutshell, connecting vision and strategy to execution and delivery in order to drive product development and launch amazing new and much needed solutions for Providence Medical Technology is the opportunity that awaits the right individual. Yep, pretty cool stuff!
By blending quality research, practical application, and solid judgment, the Director of PM will make strategic recommendations that drive innovative product development ideas from conception to launch and beyond. We need someone with hands-on experience who has successfully launched products in a small, fast-paced environment, and who can rally and inspire a cross-functional team from sales, quality, and engineering… to see and achieve the vision of what our surgeons and high-risk customers are telling us they need. A champion of products and what could be! That’s the icing on the cake. The ingredients for success are listed below. However, if you are not a proven visionary who likes to ask, “why not” and you don’t have a good set of pom poms to get the team on board, this job isn’t for you. On the other hand, if you think you may be on to something, here’s what else you need to know.
