Where do we go from here? What’s next? Is there a need and if so, how do we address it?
Perhaps you can help us find the answers.

Before we dive into the meat and potatoes of what we are looking for, it’s important we tell you who we are. Why? People matter here. To us, it’s not just a matter of filling a role, you can do that with any number of people. The fit, comradery, our ability to brainstorm and challenge one another’s thinking; to dream big, take risks, drive quality, and care about our patient’s safety, goes into everything we do. The “how” we work together carries as much weight as the “what” we do and accomplish together.

What’s our focus?
Providence Medical Technology’s mission and purpose is to prevent surgical failures in the cervical spine of our high-risk patients. It’s not rocket science, but it is surgery and some pretty serious stuff. We know we’re dealing with the health and safety of people who need our products, so our commitment to their well-being is at the top of our list. Because of this, spine knowledge and experience is key for this role.

Who’s on the team?
Road bikers, wine connoisseurs, world travelers, sports enthusiasts. music lovers, and hikers (just to name a few). Together, this team designs our products, creates the message, spreads the word, ships our goods, services our customers, gathers feedback and ensures the train stays on the track. People want to get paid after all. Threaded into the day to day is our commitment to support, invest in and stretch our employees to help them achieve their ultimate career goals. You own your career; we simply get the pleasure of partnering with some awesome human beings along the way.
