Targeted Salary: Up to $130,000 + annual bonus

LOCATION

This is a remote position. 

SUMMARY

  • The Manager of Strategic Accounts & Contracting works with the Sales Team to ensure hospital contracts are established, pricing is accurate and new hospital submissions are completed in a timely fashion.  
  • They will provide a high level of data analytics to support strategic decision making.
  • They will maintain a customer focused attitude while working to develop relationships, provide guidance and problem solve.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create custom reports, perform analysis, and present action plans to the Sales Leadership Team. Includes hospital accounts for strategic decision making. 
  • Complete and submit hospital New Product Request Submissions, Request for Proposals and annual business reviews as needed. 
  • Work with local sales reps to facilitate hospital Direct Fulfillment selling. Identify targets, hold internal prep meetings, attend onsite hospital meetings, create value propositions and quotes tailored to the facility and drive to fulfillment. 
  • Maintain an understanding of the company’s needs and customize existing business practices to meet those needs.
  • Management of hospital contract negotiations and new contract implementation to include loading contract terms and conditions into SalesForce, communicating contract terms as it relates to other departments and approved price loading or updating in SalesForce.
  • Management of the SalesForce quote process. Work with outside sales to create facility quotes, gain below floor approval, prep for hospital submission by sales team and follow-up on pending quote approval status to close the process in SalesForce.
  • Manage activity with value analysis software such as MedApproved and Greenlight. Work with the Sales team to create submissions and track progress.
  • Field Sales Team inquiries regarding facility price, no-charge items, and product offerings.
  • Address client/customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop new strategies to improve processes and sales metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years data analytics and hospital negotiations or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study.
