Steven Tivey is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the company’s manufacturing, supply chain, and quality management systems, ensuring our spinal surgery medical devices are produced efficiently and delivered in strict compliance with global regulatory and safety standards.

Steven has been an experienced leader in both Operations and Quality Assurance at various large and small medical device companies. After holding various positions at GE, including roles at GE Medical Systems and GE Supply, he transitioned his career to Boston Scientific (Electrophysiology). Steven then held roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, culminating as Sr. Director of Quality at Acclarent (J&J ENT). Lastly, before joining Providence, he was the Vice President of Operations and Quality at Mercator Medsystems (catheter-guided, microfluid injection systems).
