SUMMARY
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst (SSA) will manage daily activities for manufacturing, supply chain and field inventory operations (inventory inquiry, order receipt/fulfilment, request for purchase order (RPO) management). The SSA will effectively manage day-to-day activities related to contract manufacturers, sterilization vendors & other PMT vendors, ensuring efficient creation and execution of build plans to meet both the commercial and R&D requirements of the business. By ensuring strong partnerships with critical supply chain partners, the SSA will deliver on COGS and risk reduction plans for the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day activities with contract manufacturers.
- Ensure strong partnerships with critical supply chain partners.
- Maintain robust inventory management processes and controls (FG, demo, etc.).
- Ensure on-time fulfilment of all product orders.
- Support PMT growth goals by coordinating forecast activities as critical input to build plan and inventory availability (production goods and demo materials).
- Understand supply chain lead times and related critical factors to appropriately manage risk. Proactively communicate and ensure contract manufacturers understand the same and that coordinated activities occur as needed.
- Administer purchasing activities to support field inventory requirements (production goods and demo materials).
- Maintain commercial operations dashboard and KPIs to keep leadership informed of operational performance.
- Work closely with Quality to ensure continuous compliance with Providence SOPs as well as FDA/ISO/MDD regulations and requirements.
- Support senior management as needed in related activities and provide visibility to operational issues and opportunities.
- Improve the operational systems in support of organizational mission.
- Provide management reporting.
- Provide inputs to long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Respond to inquiries from distribution partners, direct reps, regulatory and other department heads.
- Provide support/act as SME for internal and external audits.
- Update inventory summary & build plans on a routine basis.
- Purchase order request process and form updates.
- Assist in the new vendor setup process.
- Routinely update PAR levels.
- Coordinate field cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities.
- Review and correct integration errors between NetSuite and Saleforce.com.
- Provide support to users and coordinate updates for PMT MyOrders.
- Participate in CAPA investigation activities.
- Create/update records (surgeon, facility, sales rep) as needed, in NetSuite and/or Saleforce.com.
- New item/BOM setup activities in NetSuite.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Seven (7) + years of industry experience in medical, pharmaceutical or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO13485 & MDR requirements.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and supply chain logistics.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of information technologies including ERP systems (SFDC, NetSuite, etc.).
